INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped via EMS. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Shipping fee is 30,000KRW/ 22USD worldwide. Free shipping on orders over 200USD

RETURNS

반품이 가능한 경우

• 상품을 받으신 날로부터 7일 이내 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 불량/오배송, 광고 내용과 다르게 배송된 경우에는 3개월 이내 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

반품이 불가능한 경우

• 소비자의 과실로 상품이 훼손된 경우
  
• 상품을 이미 사용한 경우
  
• 상품을 주문일로부터 7일이 지나서 접수를 했을 경우
  
• 상품과 상품 구성 액세서리를 분실 또는 훼손한 경우 (가격 택, 신발 박스, 라벨, 포장 폴리백 등)
  
• '전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률'이 정하는 소비자 청약철회 제한에 해당하는 경우

반품 비용

•  반품이 본사에 도착하면 상품 검수 후 환불이 진행됩니다. 반품 검수는 1일 ~3일 소요됩니다.

Returns must be reported to us within 7 days from the day you receive the package.Returns must be shipped out within 7 business days from the day you receive the Return/Exchange form via E-mail.
